Casino Royale is too much for one James Bond! Back in 1955, before Dr. No, the film rights to Casino Royale were sold to film producer Gregory Ratoff. This was the start of a long and messy history for the rights to Casino Royale, but it did result in a film adaption being released in 1967. Rather than being a traditional Bond film, it was an ensemble comedy with big names like Peter Sellers, Orson Welles and David Niven. It's not a film that's very well remembered and rarely discussed, but if it's a James Bond film, then Tom & Joe are going to give it a watch. Will they find an interesting piece of Bond history or is it truly best left forgotten?
