Minor Improvements
- New setting to show the number of failed downloads in the navigation sidebar (Settings/Navigation sidebar).
- Improved OPML import screen layout.
- Applied lots of minor performance optimizations for a smoother user experience.
Bug fixes
- The selected theme wasn't properly applied to the OPML import screen.
- Chromecast button wasn't initialized correctly when the app was opened from a widget.
- When the search engine returned a single result in the Episode tab it was impossible to open the episode.
- Addressed minor bugs and implemented performance enhancements.
