College athletes recently filed a class action alleging the NCAA and the Power 5 conferences (ACC, Big Ten, Big 12, PAC-12 and SEC) are unjustly enriched and violating U.S. antitrust laws by restricting or preventing college athletes from receiving compensation for their name, image and likeness.
