There's this old phrase that "thoughts become things." And I don't think that's fully true. I think beliefs become things, largely because our actions are heavily influenced by what we believe. If you don't BELIEVE you have the potential to be a healthy person, why would your actions reflect that, you know? Today we're diving into a framework I've used to help identify and work through limiting beliefs in my own life so you can potentially do the same.
