The North Tipperary Community Rail Partnership (NTCRP) has welcomed developments in its campaign to improve and increase services on the Ballybrophy to Limerick rail line, with both Iarnród Éireann and the National Transport Authority appearing in front of elected officials to answer questions on the management and future of the line.
