After a strong 4 and 1 start to the season of over/under betting and a nice 2-0 sweep of last weeks bets, Chris Farley is back on The Hammer Betting Network to give out his best total plays for Week 3 in the NFL. On the menu for this week is the divisional matchup on Thursday Night Football between the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Cleveland Browns. A low total is tempting for the over but for two struggling offences, where is the value going to be? The second matchup is another divisional one between the Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins. This matchup is quite the opposite from a football standpoint as we have two high flying offences with a big total. Josh Allen and the Bills beatdown the Tennessee Titans on Monday Night Football whereas the Dolphins with Tua Tagovailoa and Tyreek Hill mounted an insane comeback against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday. Will they be able to meet the high total or is the number too inflated?
