This is the 405th edition of the Epileptic Gibbon podcast music show and the playlist to accompany it. You can CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD but note that the shows are large files. The show is also available to stream via Mixcloud and the Progzilla Radio Network (the show appears on Progzilla in alternate weeks). I hope that you had lovely Winter Solstice and Christmas celebrations, but welcome now to the first Eppy Gibbon show of 2025. And as is traditional, I start the new year by focusing on some of my favourite music from the previous one. But I’m doing things a bit differently this time: there will be four shows focusing on some of my favourite music from 2024, two of which you’ll hear in February, when I’ll be revealing my top 20 albums countdown, and two you’ll hear in January. This is the first of those January shows, which will focus alphabetically on bands and artists that didn’t get into the top 20, so you can expect the usual eclectic mixture of music, but this time I’ll be focusing on bands and artists covering the letters A to H. On the next show, I’ll be covering letters later on in the alphabet. There’s no feature album or artist this time, as I’m just trying to feature as many bands and artists as possible. Below you’ll find the track list, plus weblinks from where you can find more information about each artist.
