The next round of EU sanctions against Russia will not include new import bans or “big names,” sources tell Reuters. This decision is due to the desire to adopt restrictions by February 24, 2024. The head of EU diplomacy, Josep Borrell, said that new European sanctions against Russia will affect individuals and legal entities that help sanctioned persons bypass the restrictions.
