Very Warm & Dry For Much of the West; Locally Heavy Rainfall for Parts of Florida - Very warm and dry conditions will lead to critical fire weather conditions over portions of the West and eastward into the Plains. Meanwhile, locally heavy rainfall is expected over parts of Florida through the weekend. Mainly cool weather will prevail from the Midwest to East Coast with periodic bouts of light rainfall.
