Grief is a natural response to loss. It's something everybody suffers - the emotional pains we all feel when something or someone we love is taken away. The pain can be overwhelming; manifesting itself in a variety of different manners that most might not expect. Just take it from Ken - last month he recieved some devastating news about a dear friend that pushed him into grief in a way that he hadn't quite experienced before. In this exploratory episode, Ken reveals his processes for accepting and moving through the stages of grief, in contrast to his teachings in crisis response and even his own mortality.
