We know it. You know it. Your dog knows it (who told her??).
But even when things are terrible, there’s something out there — however small — that is at least…okay.
It’s times like this (you know what I mean) when the okay things mean even more. The barista at Dutch Bros. who wrote HAPPY BIRTHDAY with a smiley face on Ralph’s birthday drink felt like an actual angel today and I tipped her 100% because you can’t take it with you and who knows what the future holds.
