In this solo episode, I reflect on my two weeks in Bali—a trip that didn’t quite turn out as I expected. I had signed up for a training that I was convinced was exactly what I needed. All the signs from the universe seemed to be pointing me away from it, but I pushed through, thinking it was fear trying to hold me back. After all, I believe in leaning into fear; it’s where we often find growth.
But this time, things unfolded differently. What I really needed was time to myself—a chance to take a break, rest, and reconnect. I learned so much just from being on my own mat, tuning into my inner voice instead of external expectations. While I’m not saying I’ll never do another training, this experience taught me the value of slowing down and trusting my intuition.
If you’ve ever second-guessed your decisions or felt the pull between pushing forward and stepping back, this episode is for you. Join me as I share what I learned in Bali, the unexpected lessons, and how this trip changed my perspective on what I truly need.
Tune in to hear the real story of my time away, the highs, the lows, and everything in between.
