Once you set this up, you will snack less, feel more energized to workout, and set yourself up for success on the weekends. If you are currently eating whatever and whenever without much planning, this one is for you because it's no longer going to cut it for your progress. You gotta be intentional about meal timing and not think that breakfast, lunch, and dinner are only allowed at certain times.
