This revelation came at a time when she was navigating her children’s neurodiversity, with one diagnosed with autism and ADHD, and the suspicion that her other two children are also neurodiverse. Her journey into art began with a watercolor workshop during lockdown, leading her to paint her dogs, and eventually, over 100 pets for others. As she delved into her newfound talent, she also delved into understanding her neurodiversity and that of her children. The challenges she faced in her corporate career and her children’s behavioral traits all began to make sense. Embracing her differences, she now views her neurodiversity as her superpower, finding solace and hyperfocus in her art.
