Many of the promises made by the NPP have not been fulfilled, with the One Village, One Dam initiative being a prime example. This initiative was meant to ensure that every village would have access to a dam, but that has not been the case. They should not use the excuse that building a dam in every village would lead to an overabundance of dams.
