Serhiy Dubrov, The First Deputy Minister of Health of Ukraine : « We invite french business to invest in Ukrainian economy, particulary by relocating and production of medical produce and equipment, sorting huge jobs in the healthcare sector ».
In the last interview in this special issue on the reconstruction of healthcare in Ukraine, we talked about:
-the priorities of the Ukrainian Ministry of Health,
-the expectations of the European Union to help the public authorities in this reconstruction,
-the impact of the war on medical infrastructures and their material and human needs.
2 days after interviewing Serhiy Dubrov, 70 Russian drones were launched on Kyiv, the most massive attack since the beginning of the conflict, reminding us more than ever of the fragility in which they find themselves.
