In this episode, you'll hear about the lightning fast progression of Bianca Borgella, para-athlete competing in the 100 and 200 metres in the T13 classification. After being kind of tricked into going to a training session, Bianca started enjoying and approaching running on the track more seriously. While she was still in her debuts in 2023, she made it to the 2023 World Championships, and then to the Paris Paralympics this year. She explains how self-discipline, which she is still lacking a bit of, is what will bring her to the next level, and make her the cream of the crop in Track and Field.
