Dr. Michael Bayerlein is an associate at SWP’s EU/Europe Division. His research examines global health policy within the political system of the European Union.
Dr. Pedro Villarreal Lizárraga is an associate at SWP. His research focuses on Global Health Law and the role of the World Health Organization in pandemic preparedness.
Both are working for the project “The Global and European Health Governance in crisis”, funded by the German Federal Ministry of Health.
