Meet the guest: Dr. Gregory Archer is a Professor and Extension Specialist at Texas A&M University, as well as a member of the Poultry Science Association (PSA). He earned both his PhD and MS in Animal Sciences from Texas A&M and his BS from Virginia Tech. His research interests center on poultry welfare, stress physiology, and how nutrition influences animal behavior.
