Meet the guest: Dr. Addison Carroll holds a Ph.D. in Ruminant Nutrition and is currently the Research Coordinator at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Her research focuses on improving energy utilization in dairy cattle to enhance both production efficiency and sustainability. She also earned her M.S. in Ruminant Nutrition from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and her B.S. in Animal Science from Northwest Missouri State University.
