Meet the guest: Dr. Yuzhi Li is a professor of Animal Science at the University of Minnesota. She holds a Ph.D. in Animal Environmental Physiology from Hiroshima University, Japan, an M.S. in Animal Production from Northeast Agricultural University, China, and a B.S. in Animal Science from Shenyang Agricultural University, China. Her areas of interest include swine behavior and alternative production systems.
