Why are some habits easier to change than others? When I decided to quit smoking and drinking, it was a doddle but committing to daily physical exercise? Not so much...

It got me thinking about how everybody has their strengths and their weaknesses and so maybe the way to navigate our daily challenges - whether in our personal or business lives - is about knowing where your strengths/weaknesses lie. Once we have that self-awareness, we can then set realistic and manageable goals that align with our capabilities.

This means understanding what is feasible for you and recognising that it’s okay to say no to certain things that don’t serve you.
