A new year can be a natural time to reconnect with our practice and factors that support practice. In the deer park at Isipatana, the Buddha unveiled the Middle Way, steering clear of indulgence and self-torment, and lighting the path to peace and awakening. In this class, we will explore the richness of the discourse known as the Setting in Motion of the Wheel of Dhamma. This dynamic teaching features the classical four noble truths, the liberating insight that launched the sangha, and even a voyage to the deva realms.
