After playing football for nine years at the high school and collegiate level at Stetson University, and obtaining his Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies, Chancellor had a hard time finding a job directly after graduation. This struggle opened his mind to new possibilities, and led him down a path of teaching abroad in China. Chancellor ended up having a life-changing experience while out in China that inspired his first book: 14 Days in Beijing. .
