In this episode Chris Douglas sits down with his friend Sarah Speers, MA to talk about how understanding intuition on the healing journey. Chris and Sarah share how they learned to connect to their intuition on their healing journey. In this conversation they found that it is very common that we confuse our intuition with subconscious patterns that are developed from traumas. It is ironic though that we learn to connect with our intuition from our trauma and subconscious patterns that actually lead us astray and help us learn the difference between our conditioning and our intuition.

In short our intuition is quiet, we can feel it in our whole body and most importantly intuition is not dependent of fear. Intuition is a deep sense of knowing and trusting.
