Guys, I had so much fun chatting with Lisa on today's episode! She is filled with so much knowledge about nutrition and respecting our unique bodies. She is a registered dietitian and the founder of Fork The Noise Fundamentals. Her approach to modern mindful eating is so refreshing and has helped me immensely in continuing to heal my relationship to food and my body. In today's episode we discuss inner wisdom vs. inner noise as well as outer wisdom vs. outer noise. We chat about approaching our food and exercise choices from desire versus fear, but also learning that food is fun and sometimes it just doesn't have to be that complicated.
