Sarah and her husband Matthew started Mountaineer Plumbing company in Grand Rapids Michigan in 2020. In this episode Sarah walks us through the early days and the coaching her and Matt received to help scale their residential plumbing business. They eventually sold the business in 2022. Sarah has since started Plumbline, a call answering service that built on the strategies she was using at Mountaineer.
