Kristyn has building building and bootstrapping her pet carrier business within the Female Founder World community, and they're getting some really amazing traction. She sold her car to start the business while also working her full time corporate job—and then came her biggest opportunity: Kristyn and her business landed a starring role the new Roku show, Side Hustlers, created by Reese Witherspoon's production Hello Sunshine.
Kristyn has been building the biz while working her fulltime job for the last three years, and she actually quit her job the day after we recorded this episode. We talk a lot about what it really takes to go 'all-in' on your business idea: do you need to move to a lower tax state? How much money do you need to have in the bank to quit your job? How do you overcome the mental hurdle and truly trust yourself? Kristyn's going through all of those big questions right now.
