In this episode of the SaaStock SaaS Revolution Show, host Alex Theuma sits down with Randy Wootton, CEO of Maxio, to discuss the challenges and opportunities of scaling a B2B SaaS business.
"You're alone. You're the only person who can't quit and blame it on the CEO. If the company doesn't go well, the investors blame the CEO. Employees that leave, blame the CEO. The executives can blame the CEO but you're the CEO and at the end of the day, the buck stops with you. And so I think that is the attraction of it and the terrifying aspect of it. And so how do people mitigate that? Or what have I found in my life? What do I tell people? I think there's four things you should do."
Randy shares:
- His journey from military service to leading multiple SaaS companies,
- The ins and outs of SaaS mergers,
- How AI is shaping the future of billing,
- And more!
