Capacity edge is a very dear topic to me and one of the core angles in HOW I approach my work and the capacity expansion.
So what is this “capacity edge” I talk so much about?
Capacity edge is your capacity boundary where your desire meets your fear. It’s that edge of an unfamiliar horizon where you feel excited to go further but it also feels damn scary. It’s where your old identity, old rules meet and clash with the new you and your desired way of the path. It’s where your real evolution, transformation and expansion happens towards a bigger capacity (or not, and goes back to the old you).
And if you really stop and listen to that edge with care and gentleness, it’s how growth can take place with ease, it’s how you can receive, hold and handle much more.
