How do we plan for next year, when we don’t even know what the next few months will look like? Normally at this time of year, we are working out our vision, plans and budgets for the upcoming year, including staffing, growth, mission plans. How can we do that? This week, we’re talking about how to plan for 2021, when we don’t know what physical or financial situation our congregations will be in. What is reasonable? What is too ambitious? How can we best prepare our churches for the next 12 months.
