10 Things I Learned from making 100 podcasts episodes:

  1. It’s all about the audience. What do they need to hear
  2. Social Sharing is important. You guys sharing this to your stories fuel the podcast

  3. Success has momentum. As I started to record these podcasts I got momentum

  4. It’s not always easy. There were some days the LAST thing I wanted to do was do a podcast

  5. Messy action is better than no action. Some days I recorded a 5-10 minute episode for the sake of recording an episode

  6. I’m smarter than I give myself credit for. I thought I was going to run out of topics

  7. I need to continue to learn. My ability to serve is limited based only on my ability to learn

  8. I love trenches. Recording 5 episodes a week… I LIVE FOR THAT

  9. No matter how much I make, I’ll never stop working. It’s in my DNA

  10. I love the climb MORE than I love the win. Underdog shit fuels me

"Messy action is better than no action.
