This week we bring part 2 of my interview with Deundre Zachery, owner of Ragin Cajun in Shreveport, Louisiana. Last week, we discussed the challenges the covid 19 pandemic had thrown their way as a food truck but today, we talk about how in the midst of losing thousands in revenue, Ragin Cajun and other food trucks are stepping up to feed children and first responders. Deundre also shared with us changes he anticipates in our economy post-pandemic and how Ragin Cajun is preparing for those changes right now.
