In this video Dr Robert Carter, a Ph.D. in coral reef ecology and genetics, explores the distinction between natural selection and evolution, and examines how the two are actually opposites. We dig into how natural selection is part of God’s design, and how when we see species adapt within created boundaries, we are seeing something fundamentally different from evolution. Topics covered include how epigenetics and “created diversity” fit into biblical creation, how natural selection reduces rather than increases genetic diversity, and the origins of the millions of species that we see on earth today.
