Raise your hands if you thought the titular package was DESMOND. Well, I didn't but Krista suspected. And, while we don't get a lot of Mr. Hume in this episode, we do get a flash sideways about Jin and Sun and how they're not married but definitely into each other, which is nice. Not so nice is Martin Keamy, or Mikhail, who no one was hoping to see again.
On the Island, we get a little more of Charles Widmore, which leads to a lot of discussion about his motivations and what the hell he's planning on doing with or to Desmond. At the beach, Sun runs face first into a tree to get away from the LockeMonster, and loses her ability to speak English. It doesn't stop her from speaking her mind though, even if no one can understand what she's saying.
