You are aware of many poses or Asanas, You might have practiced them. Patanjali- the great master and codifier of Yoga, explains the method of practicing meditative asana.
Meditative Asanas are practiced that engages the body, breath, mind and emotions. The method is explained beautifully by Patanjali.

Listen and learn and practice daily just for 5 minutes with all points mentioned in the audio. the regular practice will help you relax easily, increase memory and focus.
