After many years of guiding and mentoring people, simple mindfulness practice that I term as 4 Step Relaxation practice. The practice integrates wisdom from many masters of Eastern Wisdom.
Everyone should practice it after waking up, during the day and before going to bed to succeed in complete experience of relaxation at physical, mental and emotional levels.
