For me 'work and play fairly' is a story of kindness to others but most importantly about being kind to ourselves with work-life balance. Currently, we are all in a situation of the balance being tipped toward life. Being at home, no work, and loads of time on our hands. The biggest issue when returning to work, the balance could go the other way with catastrophic consequences.
