Brief Summary & Bio:
First we hear an incredible story about Ste’s Mom who lost over a hundred pounds when she transitioned to a more primal and ancestral diet. He then gets into explaining the trouble with negative self-talk going on in our minds at an incredible rate, and the hidden victim stories we’re telling ourselves over and over without even recognizing it. At the end we discuss how to deal with very trying circumstances that truly do make you a victim, or even for times when you feel depressed and hopeless, and I think you’ll leave this interview feeling really refreshed and optimistic. I hope you love it because I really do.
