Janey has all the fall feels and is welcoming Heather Blackmore from Here She Grows to celebrate the upcoming season. They chat about Heather’s background including what led her to become a Master Gardener and her work as the midwest field editor for Better Homes and Gardens. Hear them discuss “season extending perennials”, Heather’s plans for her fall garden and the fall gardening tasks she will be tackling in her zone 5b/6a garden.

Heather has been gardening from a small suburban Chicago lot for over 20 years. She has written, photographed, styled and produced garden content for Better Homes and Gardens magazines and many more regional and national publications. But mostly as Heather says, “ I love sharing my experiences in the garden, good and bad, on my blog and social media channels. From flowers to veg and everything in between, there's nothing I won't try to grow in my cold climate!”
