This episode is all about the importance of you basing yourself based on how you feel, and think about yourself versus what other people think, and feel about you. People are too busy worrying about other peoples opinions as far as how they think and feel about them. Versus you not worrying about what other people think and feel about you as well as their opinions of you. I get the fact that society makes you believe that it is about other peoples thoughts, opinions, and what they have to say about you, but the truth is it should be more about how you see yourself. A lot of people end up in very bad situations because of what they’re willing to do to be loved, and accepted by people who pretty much are not gonna do anything but destroy and caused chaos in their lives. So this episode is about how to go on how you think, and feel about yourself. As well as how you think and feel about yourself has everything to do with , your self-esteem, self-worth, self values, self-confidence, self-respect, and you believe in yourself.
