In this weeks episode I am discussing the topic of being consistent, but there is nothing to show for it. We know that consistency is important in order to create change but what happens if we've been consistent for months or even years and we still have not seen significant progress. This is something that I see a lot, and I have a pretty good understanding of what separates someone who sees results and someone who doesn't from their weekly efforts in the gym.
