Who Can be Saved brings us to a context of #JesusChrist addressing the #disciples that includes their question mentioned afore. The twelve looking at the Lord "were astonished out of measure"-Matthew chapter ten verse 26a. How many times were you astonished at the #gospel record at what our Lord said. I would beg to say, 'not many' in our current year of our Lord. Further the Lord pointed out in this context of verses 26-31 that "with men it is impossible" remember we are dealing with the Lord here who is bringing a totally different teaching to bear. These were Jews, following the law before; now we are in grace. The law does not bring #grace and #truth, the #law reveals what #sin is and the consequences. Peter reminded Jesus at this time saying "Lo, we have #leftall and have #followedthee." Good ole Peter, don’t miss a second here. Apparently, the Lord needed to be reminded of this. Not really. Read this context yourself. Even today we are bringing the #gospel and many today are getting Saved and getting to know the Lord. It is the Lords doing and marvelous in our sight. #WhoCanBeSaved
