The College Football Playoff quarterfinals have been playing out this week with Penn State beating Boise State in the Fiesta Bowl on Tuesday night. Then, after the horrible terrorist truck attack in New Orleans in the early morning New Year's Day hours in New Orleans, the Sugar Bowl with Notre Dame and Georgia was postponed to Thursday.
However, there was thrilling double OT win for Texas over Arizona State in the Peach Bowl that should have had booming ratings for ESPN/Disney in the last hour of coverage. But did the Ohio State blowout of Oregon in the Rose Bowl cost them some audience?
Also, the NFL readies for it's regular season weekend finale' and T.J. goes over the key playoff implication matchups with the games on ESPN Saturday and then, CBS, FOX and NBC for Sunday.
