BIO:
I started pole as a form of practicing self love. As a single traveling mom this became a space for me to let out all my emotions. It gives me a stage to show my creativity and also gain strength at the same time. Doing this has challenged my flexibility, strength and mobility. I love the pole community because they are always accepting of your journey. This is something I look forward to continue to do no matter where I land.
