Surf's up, beach lovers! Get ready for some gnarly conditions along the Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia coastlines. Today's looking like a moderate rip current risk with waves rolling in at 3 to 4 feet - perfect for experienced surfers but proceed with caution.

The morning kicks off partly sunny with northeast winds whipping around 15 mph. Water temps are chilly at 55 to 60 degrees, so you'll want that wetsuit if you're paddling out. High temperatures will cruise into the mid 60s, giving us a crisp beach day.

Tide hunters take note: Jacksonville Beach sees high tide at 10:21 AM, while St. Augustine Beach peaks at 10:27 AM. Fernandina Beach surfers can catch their high tide at 11:20 AM.

Tuesday is bringing some serious wave action with surf heights jumping to 4 to 5 feet and a high rip current risk. Southeast winds will be dancing around 10 to 15 mph, and temperatures will warm up nicely into the lower 70s.

Looking ahead, Wednesday brings potentially stormy surf with 4 to 5 foot waves and a chance of showers. Thursday cools down with 3 to 4 foot surf and sunny skies, while Friday offers mellower 1 to 2 foot waves - perfect for casual beach lounging.

Remember ocean warriors: respect the water, know your limits, and stay safe out there! Surf's calling - are you ready to answer?
