Cousins on Crime

On the morning of February 6, 2019, Michael and Natalie Cochran were supposed to catch a flight for a business meeting, when Michael fell ill. Natalie canceled their flight and reached out to friends to check on her husband's declining condition, but refused all offers to take him to the hospital. What was wrong with Michael and why didn't Natalie want to help him? The answer would shock everyone in their family and tight-knit town.
