In their first game without Jack Hughes, the New Jersey Devils lost 4-3 to the Dallas Stars. Thomas Harley scored the game-winning goal with only a few seconds remaining. Timo Meier and Brenden Dillon were visibly upset postgame. Both of them were on the verge of tears. Speaking of Hughes, I have another update surrounding his injury.
