The film serial follows Batman and Robin on a case to figure out who is the evil Wizard who has stolen a machine that can remote control any vehicle in the world, and enough diamonds to power the machine. The panel takes a look at what makes this version of Batman work, and where it fails. They also take a dive into the historical context of where this fits into Hollywood.
