There are many that think they are doing what they should be doing and making all the right decisions when it comes to their midlife fitness and nutrition. But how many lies are the telling themselves?

"I deserve this cookie".
"I worked out yesterday so I don't have to do it today."
"I lifted weights. They were only 1pounders, but they count."
"This nightly glass of wine is for my mental health."

We tell ourselves so many lies and then we forget. So we don't understand WHY we aren't losing the weight, or getting stronger, or why we are still winded when we climb the stairs.

All these little lies add up.

So let's get into this today and then GO MOVE THAT MIDLIFE BODY. It deserve it.
